Delivery times for Flooring is 5 – 7 working days

We’ll deliver your Flooring order for free anywhere in the UK mainland.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, which you should use as a reference in any correspondence. Please ensure when placing your order you provide your mobile number and email address. Failure to provide both will stop us from being able to update you regarding your order.

Our driver will call ahead of delivery to ensure someone is at the property to receive the goods. If you do not answer this call delivery will not be attempted and a re-attempt charge will be applicable.

We provide a kerbside delivery service. It is important that someone is at the property at the time of delivery to accept the goods and depending on the size of the order, the driver may need some assistance.

Larger loads might have a surplus added. We’ll let you know if this applies to you when you speak to us about your delivery.

Kindly note, for large Flooring orders over 70kg please ensure someone is available at the time of delivery to assist.

Important Amendment to the above

During Covid-19 pandemic deliveries will not be signed for.

Our drivers will exercise a no-contact drop.

You MUST ensure your driveway or front of the property is left clear.

(In some circumstances, we may be able to offer some flexibility in delivery times. If you have a specific delivery date in mind which is different to the date first allocated to your order we’ll do our utmost to accommodate if we can. Please get in touch via our webchat at the earliest convenience.)
